Job Title: Lettings Consultant

Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Consultant to join a fast-paced and friendly Bath office, supporting all aspects of property lettings and tenant management. The role would suit someone proactive, enthusiastic, and professional, with the right attitude to deliver exceptional service. Previous industry experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided. You’ll enjoy a varied role combining office-based administration with viewings and property visits, within a team that genuinely values collaboration and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the database of potential tenants and match applicants to suitable properties
*Successfully let available properties to suitable tenants
*Conduct property viewings and follow up enquiries
*Negotiate tenancy terms and progress new tenancies
*Process all tenancy paperwork accurately and efficiently
*Provide regular marketing and progress feedback to landlords
*Handle inbound telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries professionally
*Monitor tenant references for new and replacement tenancies
*Ensure all fees are charged in line with Terms of Business
*Assist with booking rental valuations when required
*Support colleagues across departments to provide a seamless customer journey
*Uphold all company standards, procedures, and branch targets
Skills and Qualifications:
*Proactive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities
*Confident dealing with landlords and tenants
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
*Strong attention to detail
*High professional and ethical standards
*Willingness to learn and develop within the property industry
*ARLA qualifications desirable (or willingness to work towards)
*Knowledge of lettings legislation advantageous (training provided)
*Full UK driving licence essential
*Confident driving and conducting appointments around Bath
Package and Benefits:
*Basic Salary £25,000 - £27,000 OTE of £30,000
*Full-time position
*Monday to Friday with very occasional Saturdays (time off in lieu)
*Full training provided (regardless of experience level)

*Varied role with no two days the same
*No parking on site, but pool cars to be used!
