Role: Multi Utility Project Manager
Location: North West
We are working with a leading multi-utility provider that continues its successful expansion, delivering streamlined multi-utility services to developments across the region.
What you will be doing:
*Manage a portfolio of schemes within a designated geographical area.
*Oversee all aspects of site work from pre-start meetings through to multi-utility installation and connections.
*Order plant, road opening notices, and traffic management for schemes.
*Manage direct and subcontract resources effectively.
*Complete team audits and quality audits.
*Liaise with water, gas, and electricity engineering departments to arrange necessary connections.
*Close out NCRs and incident reports in a timely manner.
What we ask from you:
*Proven experience as a Multi Utility Project Manager.
*Ability to organise and manage site works from both HSQE and commercial perspectives.
*Hold CSCS card.
*Gas GNO 1, 2, and 5 (desirable).
*IOSH or similar (desirable).
*Site Management or Site Supervision Safety Certificate.
*Full UK driving licence.
