Role Overview:
As a lettings negotiator, you will be responsible for registering applicants, conducting viewings, agreeing lets and providing outstanding customer service throughout the process. You will work closely with landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth move-in experience. This is a fantastic chance for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to develop further as a lettings negotiator within a respected agency.
Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence
• A minimum of 6 months’ current or recent experience in estate agency lettings.
