Job Description:
Great opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer or Repair Technician to join a High Wycombe-based leading brand.
This is a full-time permanent, on-site role working Monday to Friday.
The Role:
You’ll be joining a small team of friendly and commited professionals and after training, will be involved with:
*Taking delivery of machines and carrying out repairs and maintenance
*Logging faults and root cause
*Unpack and reassemble machines
*Liaise closely with customer service team
*List parts required to repair fault and recommended parts required
*Answer product queries from the sales team
*PAT testing
Skills and Experience
You’ll have gained experience ideally in the electrical retail industry and have a keen interest in fixing / mending mechanical objects. You’ll also demonstrate:
*Willingness to learn
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*Friendly and tactful personality
*Proactive attitude
*Problem Solver
*Ability to work as part of a team
