Job Description:
We are seeking fully qualified teachers who are looking for supply work in a range of primary and secondary schools across the Dartford area.
This is an excellent opportunity for adaptable and committed teachers who are able to step into a variety of classroom settings and deliver high quality teaching. Both short term and long term assignments are available, with flexible working options to suit your availability.
About the Role and Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Supply Teacher working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons or learning activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils are inspired to achieve their best. The Ideal Candidate Experience*The ideal candidate will have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
*Proven experience delivering lessons within a UK school environment
*Strong subject knowledge and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
*Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
*A passion for supporting the progress and wellbeing of all learners
*Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and year groups
