*?? Location: HR4, Hereford
*?? Pay: £12.94 per hour
*?? Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time)
*?? Contract: 3-month temporary (potential to extend!)
*?? Driving: Full UK manual licence required
A company van may be provided.
?? Key Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Technician, you will play an essential role in maintaining high standards across office spaces, sheltered accommodation, and communal areas. Duties include:
*Cleaning communal areas: stairwells, lifts, bin rooms, receptions
*Carrying out block inspections and reporting hazards
*Completing fire alarm and emergency lighting checks
*Removing litter, refuse, and graffiti
*Clearing drains, gullies, and bin chutes
*Managing cleaning supplies and equipment
*Following health & safety processes
*Providing excellent customer service and representing the team professionally
?? What We’re Looking For
*Previous cleaning experience (commercial or residential)
*Basic understanding of health & safety
*Strong attention to detail and reliable time management
*Ability to work independently and within a team
*Comfortable working in varied environments
*Full UK manual driving licence
*Willingness to complete a basic DBS check
