A client of ours is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join their team. This role is a great opportunity for someone experienced in high levels of invoicing and data entry. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, as well as leading a team of 3 junior members of staff.

Responsibilities
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for...
*Maintaining and reviewing contracts and financial documentation
*Check contract amendments being made are in line with the terms and conditions agreed
*High volumes of data entry across financial systems
*Supporting month-end processes and reporting as required
*Mentorship of 3 junior members of staff

Requirements
As an Operations Supervisor, you will need...
*Previous experience in a high-volume transaction business
*Ability to understand and interpret contracts
*Experience in leading an administrative/finance team
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
