Job Description:
SEN Teacher - Infant School (Milton Keynes) ASAP Start | Until Easter (with potential to extend)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a welcoming infant school in Milton Keynes, starting as soon as possible.
You will be teaching a small, well-supported class of 8 pupils with SEND, with abilities ranging from Foundation Stage to Year 2. The role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Role Details:
*Teaching a class of 8 pupils with SEND
*Pupils working across EYFS to Year 2
*Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and reporting
*Supported by Teaching Assistants in the classroom
*Monday to Friday
*Full-time or mornings only considered
*Initial contract until Easter, with the possibility of extension
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
*Proven experience working with pupils with SEN
*Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and inclusive practice
*Ability to create a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
This is an excellent opportunity for an SEN specialist or a passionate teacher with strong SEND experience looking for a rewarding role in a supportive infant school setting.
