Job Description:
An established and growing organisation based in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Administrator to join a busy and professional team.
This is a varied administrative role supporting a range of projects and internal processes. The position would suit someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing documentation, reporting, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You will provide comprehensive administrative support, helping to ensure that projects and internal processes are well organised, compliant, and accurately documented.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
*Managing emails, correspondence, telephone calls, and document filing
*Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
*Preparing reports and documentation for internal meetings
*Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and issuing meeting notes
*Proofreading, formatting, and compiling documents prior to issue
*Maintaining trackers, logs, and internal records
*Assisting with document control and information management
*Supporting internal systems and processes
*Ensuring documents meet required formats and standards
*Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and following up where required
Essential Requirements
*Previous administrative experience
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
*Confident user of Microsoft Office
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to prioritise workloads effectively
*Professional, proactive, and approachable manner
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
*Calm and methodical under pressure
Desirable
*Experience working in a regulated, compliance-focused, or project-based environment
*Familiarity with document management or filing systems
