We’re looking for a highly motivated Administrator (Auctions) to support our fantastic Property Auction Department in Hammersmith, West London. As our Administrator (Auctions) you will take ownership of office administrationaccurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities of our Administrator (Auctions) to include:
*Administrative support to sales and management department within the office
*Communicating with clients and suppliers
*Taking calls and message taking
*Typing and data entry
*Filing
Skills and experience required to be our Administrator (Auctions)
*Preferably experience as an Administrator / Secretary or similar role
*Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
*Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
*Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
*Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
