Job Description:
This role is well suited to an experienced Mortgage Adviser who enjoys working with warm, introduced business rather than cold prospecting, and who values structure, support, and consistent lead quality.
You will be servicing a steady flow of remote estate agent accounts, web-generated enquiries, and an established back book of introduced clients. The role is designed for advisers who want to focus on advice, conversion, and client outcomes, with systems and support in place to help you perform consistently.
The Business
The business is a well-established mortgage and protection advice firm with a long trading history and a strong reputation for client service.
It operates with a clear lead-generation strategy, combining remote estate agent relationships, web-based enquiries, and an existing client bank built over many years. Advisers are supported by defined processes, dedicated administration, and a collaborative team environment that prioritises quality advice, compliance, and long-term relationships over volume alone.
The firm has invested heavily in systems, lead tracking, and performance support, allowing advisers to spend their time advising rather than chasing or firefighting.
The Role
You will be responsible for advising on mortgage and, where applicable, protection solutions for clients introduced through a mixture of remote estate agent accounts, web-generated leads, and an existing back book of clients where the previous adviser has moved on.
Your day-to-day work will involve responding promptly to new enquiries, following up leads within agreed timeframes, and nurturing clients through to application and completion. You will manage your pipeline through the firm’s CRM system, ensuring lead trackers are kept up to date and cases are progressed efficiently.
You will work closely with administrators to move cases through to offer, exchange, and completion, and attend regular team meetings to review performance, pipeline, and account coverage. Building strong relationships with your allocated accounts will be a key part of the role, ensuring consistent service levels and long-term engagement.
You will be expected to deliver against agreed performance standards, including written business, conversion, average case size, and protection penetration. Where applicable, you will work alongside a Protection Adviser to ensure clients receive appropriate advice and understand any protection shortfalls.
All activity must be carried out in line with internal processes, network requirements, and compliance standards.
Benefits
*Remote working
*Quality introduced leads provided
*Established client bank
*Administrative and team support
*Clear performance framework and expectations
*Full-time, permanent role
