What You’ll Do*Make 50+ outbound broker calls per day
*Re-engage existing and dormant broker relationships
*Introduce our proposition and qualify broker appetite
*Book meetings for external Business Development Managers
*Capture all broker activity accurately on the CRM
*Support BDMs by warming relationships ahead of meetings
*Use LinkedIn and social media for broker outreach
*Represent the business professionally as first point of contact
What We’re Looking For*Proven outbound sales or telesales experience
*Confident, resilient and target-driven
*Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
*Strong communication and organisation skills
*Ambitious, energetic and commercially minded
