Job Title: Debt Advisor – IVA
Location: South Manchester
Salary: Competitive basic salary + uncapped OTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing IVA business based in South Manchester. Our client is expanding their advisory team and is seeking motivated, customer-focused Debt Advisors to follow up on warm leads and support clients through tailored debt solutions.
The Role
As a Debt Advisor, you will be responsible for speaking with clients who have already expressed interest in debt advice, understanding their financial circumstances, and recommending appropriate IVA and debt solutions in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
*Contacting and following up on inbound and warm leads
*Conducting fact-finds to assess clients’ financial situations
*Advising clients on IVA and other suitable debt solutions
*Explaining processes clearly and professionally, ensuring clients are fully informed
*Maintaining accurate records in line with compliance and FCA guidelines
*Working towards individual and team targets
About You
*Previous experience as a Debt Advisor, IVA Advisor, or within a debt solutions environment is preferred
*Strong communication and listening skills
*Target-driven with a professional and ethical approach
*Ability to build rapport and handle sensitive conversations with confidence
*Highly motivated and keen to progress within a growing business
