I am partnering with a Lloyd’s business who are looking for a Bordereaux Analyst!
Role Overview
This role sits within the DUA team and supports the effective management of bordereaux (written, paid and claims). The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely data flow to support underwriting oversight, operational reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the receipt, validation, and processing of bordereaux data from brokers and coverholders.
*Ensure bordereaux data meets agreed quality standards and contractual requirements.
*Support the upload and management of data within bordereaux systems and resolve data issues as they arise.
*Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, breaches and support investigation and resolution.
*Maintain oversight of data timeliness and query resolution.
*Support the wider delegated authority team with operational and reporting requirements.
*Operate in line with internal controls, regulatory standards, and risk management expectations.
Skills and Experience
*Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret data accurately.
*Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
*Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
*Strong Excel skills and experience working with bordereaux data.
*Experience with bordereaux management systems (e.g. VIPR) beneficial but not essential.
