We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join POLARIS and support both our growth and marketing efforts. This is a hybrid role for someone who loves meeting new people, is focused, proactive and hungry for career development.
You’ll help drive sales activity, build our presence across LinkedIn and social channels, create and update content on site, and work closely with our Marketing Manager on campaigns.
Sales & Marketing Assistant - What you’ll be doing
Sales & Growth
*Booking intro and discovery calls
*Following up leads via email, LinkedIn and phone
*Sales admin and pipeline support
*Office drops and face-to-face outreach
Marketing & Content
*Supporting the Marketing Manager across campaigns
*Managing and growing company and leadership profiles on Linked In
*Taking part in social trends across TikTok, Instagram and Linked In
*Writing marketing content and captions
*Updating website content (blogs, landing pages, updates)
Brand & Presence
*Being comfortable on camera when needed
*Meeting new people and building relationships
*Representing POLARIS professionally, online and in person
*Acting as a visible, friendly face of the brand
Sales & Marketing Assistant - What we’re looking for
*Confident communicator with strong people skills
*Interest in both sales and marketing
*Comfortable engaging with people face-to-face
*Tenacious, proactive and motivated
*Passion for content, social media and trends
*Strong written communication skills
Desirable (but not essential):
*Knowledge of digital marketing
*Experience with content writing or website updates
