Job Description:
A thriving company are currently looking for an Administrator/Scheduler. The Administrator/Scheduler role involves managing the scheduling and dispatch of engineers required to complete repairs/commissioning, ensuring that client requests are fulfilled effectively.
*Salary: £30,000
*Office based
*Parking available
Administrator/Scheduler duties:
*Managing the scheduling and dispatch of staff to complete works
*Optimising the allocation of engineers, taking into account their skills, availability, and location
*Monitoring and managing Engineers in real-time, responding to changes in schedules, customer requests, and unexpected issues
*Providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers, engineers and internal stakeholders
*Identifying and resolving issues that may impact operations, such as scheduling conflicts or unexpected delays
*Generating reports and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
*Working closely with engineers, customer service representatives, and other stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Administrator/Scheduler required skills/competencies:
*Previous experience in a similar role desirable
*Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
*Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
