About the Role As the Store Manager, you’ll support the senior leadership team and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and operational excellence - with clear progression opportunities into Store Management.
Key Responsibilities * Support the leadership team in delivering KPIs: sales, shrinkage, and wage control

* Drive exceptional customer service and team engagement

* Oversee stock control, merchandising, and compliance standards

* Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed

* Analyse store data to identify areas for improvement and growth
