Job Description:
Location: Billericay / East Anglia (Hybrid: 2 days WFH after probation)
Salary: From £40,000 and up to £60,000 (depending on experience)

The role
Based in their Billericay office - one of their smaller high street location hubs, currently with two Advisers and two Client Service Administrators/Financial Planning Administrators.
You’ll be fully embedded in the advice process and have full administrative support from the dedicated IFA Administrators, allowing you to focus on technical and analytical work.

Key responsibilities
*Write high-quality, independent suitability reports
*Conduct whole-of-market product and fund research
*Undertake complex client analysis, including:
*CGT assessments
*IHT evaluations
*Support advisers in designing and delivering financial plans
*Prepare and structure annual reviews
*Interpret legislation and ensure compliance
What this role requires
*Strong paraplanning experience with a solid understanding of the advice process
*Diploma qualified (or equivalent)
*Ambition to achieve Chartered status (fully supported)
*Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
*Proactive team player who enjoys collaboration
