We are currently recruiting for a Cargo Agent Imports & Export to join a fast-paced and dynamic cargo operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who thrives in a shift-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:*Handling import and export cargo documentation accurately and efficiently
*Processing AWBs, customs paperwork, and manifests
*Liaising with airlines, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and warehouse teams
*Ensuring compliance with company procedures, customs regulations, and security requirements
*Monitoring cargo movements and resolving discrepancies
*Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:*Previous experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or import/export operations
*Good understanding of customs procedures and cargo documentation
*Strong IT skills and confidence using cargo management systems
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
