Key Responsibilities:
*Sell and promote new and used vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
*Achieve new and used vehicle sales targets, plus finance and accessory targets
*Confidently build rapport with customers, identifying needs and matching the right vehicle features and benefits
*Deliver exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on repeat business and customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years’ car sales experience, ideally within a main dealership
*Stable career history
*Experience working within a structured sales process (desirable)
*Full, clean UK driving licence
*Strong communication and customer relationship skills
