Technical Project Manager
Central London (Office Based)
£70,000 - £90,000 DOE + Benefits + Bonus
Are you a technically minded Project Manager who enjoys supporting smart teams, improving how work gets done, and staying close to the detail? What you’ll be doing
*Act as the central point of contact between development, research, analysis, and operations teams.
*Coordinate multiple technical projects, ensuring priorities, timelines and resourcing stay aligned.
*Structure workflows, manage ticketing systems and monitor progress to keep delivery on track.
*Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement practical process improvements.
*Balance the needs of legacy systems while helping evolve more modern operational practices.
*Organise and chair team meetings, ensuring visibility and accountability across projects.
*Communicate with external partners where required and promote effective, collaborative decision-making.
What you’ll bring
*Degree-level education (BSc?or higher) in a technical, engineering, or related subject.
*5+ years’ experience delivering or coordinating complex technical/software projects.
*Strong technical understanding - ideally with knowledge of development concepts (e.g.?C#,?.NET,?SQL?Server).
*Logical, analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and structured problem-solving.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with colleagues of varying technical backgrounds.
*Proactive, grounded, hands-on attitude - comfortable supporting teams rather than directing from afar.
*Comfortable working full-time on-site in a smaller, agile environment.
Desirable (not essential): Experience with project/ticketing tools, version control systems (e.g.?Git,?PlasticSCM,?Hg), and awareness of project management best practices or frameworks.
