SALARY: £28,000 - £31,000

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEAD OPPORTUNITY:
*Review and improve current operations, processes, and performance data to create a strategy that elevates the customer experience.
*Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team of Customer Service Advisors.
*Hold regular one-to-ones and team briefings to maintain alignment and drive accountability.
*Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximise individual and team performance.
*Support continuous staff development to ensure consistently exceptional customer service.
*Plan and manage team resourcing, including scheduling and holiday coordination, using trend and seasonal data to ensure optimal coverage.
*Use strong managerial experience and HR knowledge to foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance team culture.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
*2–3 years’ experience in a customer service supervisory or team leader position.
*Demonstrated ability to lead teams and consistently achieve performance targets.
*Strong background in coaching, training, and developing team members.
*Experience managing customer complaints and delivering effective service recovery.
