My client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team, you will be responsible for managing productions from initial enquiry through to completion. This role fits within the Film and TV industry, so previous experience within Production industry would be beneficial.
Duties:
*Maintaining strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of customer service
*Accurate quoting and job setup
*Overseeing equipment availability, sub-hire and logistics.
*Coordinating transport
*Purchase orders
*Billing schedules
*Invoicing
*Payment management
*Monitoring late returns
*Manage damaged equipment
*Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
