Job Description:
Digital Growth Manager - Hybrid role - 3 days a week in Leeds city centre HQ

Overview
Parker Young has been retained to support a purpose-led, fast-growing consumer business in the appointment of a Digital Growth Manager.
Our client exists to support and champion its customer community through honesty, expertise and practical solutions — celebrating real life rather than polished perfection. Behind the scenes, the business has built a culture that values balance, collaboration and curiosity, where ideas are encouraged, voices are heard and progress matters more than process for process’ sake.
It is a business that cares deeply about the people it serves and the people who work within it. Creating meaningful impact externally starts with creating a supportive, engaging and inspiring environment internally — and that philosophy runs through everything they do.
This is an opportunity to join a brand that is both commercially ambitious and genuinely mission-led, at an exciting stage of its growth journey.

Role summary
The Digital Growth Manager will play a central role in supporting the commercial growth of the brand’s direct-to-consumer website, with responsibility for driving digital marketing revenue and overseeing the day-to-day performance of the DTC platform.
The role sits within the Brand Marketing team and reports into the Head of Digital Growth. It will suit someone with a strong growth mindset, who is comfortable spotting commercial opportunities through data and customer insight and turning those opportunities into clear, actionable initiatives.
Approximately 75% of the role will focus on planning and execution across the DTC website, paid social and search, CRM and campaign delivery, with the remaining time dedicated to broader digital growth projects. You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital Growth on strategy, while collaborating with the wider marketing team to bring campaigns to life.
This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing commercial rigour with creative thinking — motivated by growth targets and energised by working within a values-led business.

Key responsibilitiesWebsite management
You will take ownership of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless, high-quality and on-brand customer experience. This includes overseeing product uploads, site maintenance, pricing and promotions, and working closely with brand and marketing colleagues to implement campaign and promotional plans.
You’ll collaborate with operations teams on inventory and order management, ensuring stock is traded in the most profitable and sustainable way. You’ll also manage the development agency and digital projects end-to-end, driving ongoing UX improvements and ensuring the website remains best in class.
Digital marketing
You’ll lead paid acquisition activity alongside specialist agency partners, with responsibility for delivering eCommerce targets and return on ad spend. Acting as the champion of creative strategy, you’ll dig into customer insight to shape test-and-learn approaches across formats, hooks and messaging.
The role also includes ownership of CRM activity, including planning and execution of email campaigns, optimisation of customer journeys, and using insight to improve engagement and retention. You’ll work closely with the broader marketing team on campaign planning and delivery, and take responsibility for wholesale PPC strategy and budget across retail partner channels.
Growth projects
Beyond always-on activity, you’ll identify new growth levers and commercial opportunities, building business cases and resource plans to deliver incremental revenue and long-term value.
General
You’ll track and analyse key performance metrics including sales, conversion, traffic and customer acquisition costs, using insight to continuously optimise performance and profitability. You’ll regularly review customer feedback, market trends and competitor activity to refine digital presence and proposition, manage budgets effectively, and help level up ways of working, processes and team collaboration.

RequirementsYou don’t need to meet every requirement, but you should recognise most of the following in yourself:
*Strong hands-on experience managing a Shopify-based B2C e-commerce platform
*Practical experience across paid social, PPC, email and creative production
*Confidence interpreting data and translating insight into commercial action
*A track record of growing DTC businesses and digital marketing channels
*The ability to act as a brand guardian with a strong creative eye
*Excellent organisational skills, including briefing, project management and stakeholder engagement
Experience within a high-growth SME or consumer lifestyle brand is beneficial but not essential. A deep understanding of the customer mindset is what matters most.

*25 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
*Hybrid working model, with flexibility built in
*Generous staff discount
