*Driving the Ofsted registration process and preparing the home for safe, successful placements.

What we’re looking for
*Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards).
*At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to take the step up and make their mark.
*Deep understanding of safeguarding, regulation, and delivering high-quality care.
*Resilience, integrity, and the ability to lead a relaunch with confidence and compassion.
