This is a standout opportunity for an experienced, CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker to join a financially driven, FS-led team offering a consistent flow of high-quality leads and a realistic earning potential of £90,000+.
Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £29,000 basic (including car allowance)
Financial Guarantees: £1,000 per month for the first 6 months
OTE: £50,000+ Year 1 | £65,000+ Year 2 | £90,000+ realistic

The RoleBased within a busy, financial-services-led Cannock branch, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to a loyal, well-engaged, and growing client base.
This is not a cold-lead environment. The branch consistently generates 10–12 high-quality, pre-qualified mortgage leads every week thanks to:
*A financial-services-focused Branch Manager
*Strong estate agency footfall
*A large property catchment area
*Well-established introducer relationships
*A highly active client database
You will conduct full fact-finds, assess affordability, recommend compliant whole-of-market mortgage and protection solutions, and manage cases from application through to completion. Full admin and compliance support is provided, enabling you to focus on writing business and maximising earnings.

Candidate Requirements*Full CeMAP qualification (CeMAP 1, 2 & 3)
*Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
*Background in estate agency, banking, or mortgage brokerage
*Strong understanding of mortgage products, protection, and FCA compliance
*Proactive, target-driven, and money-motivated mindset
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*Full UK driving licence
*CAS status beneficial (training and supervision provided if required)
