We’re currently seeking a highly organised and reliable Goods Inwards / Stock Controller to join our team in a dynamic technical environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound shipments to and from our data centre, maintaining our inventory system, and supporting logistical operations across multiple global locations.
Key Responsibilities
*Receive, inspect, and accurately log all incoming deliveries
*Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring stock levels are accurate
*Track and organise outbound shipments to international locations
*Liaise with suppliers and couriers to resolve delivery issues
*Conduct regular stock audits and assist with reordering supplies
*Perform scheduled site checks including:
*Security checks
*Generator tests
*Emergency lighting tests
Requirements
*Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or stock control (preferred)
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Basic IT skills and confident with inventory software
*Good written and verbal communication
*Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
*Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
