Job Description:
Robert Half is partnering with a real estate investment firm to recruit a Fund Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain broad exposure to both commercial finance and fund accounting.
Location: London (4 days in office)
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare management accounts for SPVs and fund consolidation.
*Oversee balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reconciliations.
*Manage cashflow, optimize working capital, and support budgeting/forecasting.
*Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for compliance, statutory accounts, and tax reporting.
*Support investor relations, capital drawdowns, and debt covenant preparation.
*Improve financial processes and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Requirements:
*ACA qualified or experienced fund accountant.
*Desired: Knowledge of local and US GAAP.
*Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
