Job Description:
Our client is an established producer of bespoke branded merchandise, based in Maidenhead. They are looking for a driven Business Development Sales Executive to help grow their customer base as they look to expand in 2026.
The role offers exciting opportunities to develop client relationships, win new business, open doors, start conversations and play a direct role in the growth of the business. As part of a supportive team, you’ll be focused on a range of activities - including contacting customers by phone, arranging quotes and maximising sales opportunities from both new and existing customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Contacting prospects via phone, email and social media and opening up sales conversations
*Following up on potential leads, catching up with previous customers and identifying new business opportunities
*Building relationships with potential customers
*Attending events, trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and generate sales
We’d like to hear from candidates with:
*Previous experience in sales - preferably with some experience working with targets
*Ambition to succeed and a desire to earn commission
*Strong communication skills
*Confidence talking on the phone, asking questions and taking the lead when needed
*Desire to be part of a growing team and have a real impact
The successful applicant will receive an attractive basic salary, plus a generous uncapped commission based on a percentage of monthly sales. Future opportunities for progression, including promotion to management, salary increases and additional performance bonuses will also be available.
