I’m looking for a Legal Manager to lead a team of consolidated Paralegals in the Dispute Resolution department of a large Commercial Law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in reshaping and improving the internal Paralegal function within a dynamic and growing firm.


The Role:
Lead & Develop: Oversee a team of talented Paralegals, driving their growth and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Enhance Operations: Manage workloads, allocate resources, and ensure seamless support across a range of projects.
Drive Change: Work closely with senior leadership and HR to implement new initiatives that improve team performance, efficiency, and service delivery.


What I’m Looking For:
Legal Experience: A background in the legal sector is essential, together with litigation experience (ideally commercial but will consider other areas).
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team.
Strategic Thinker: Proactive and future focused, with a strong ability to improve processes and drive results.
