Job Description:
Our Client is a Succesful Commercial Contract Cleaning Services Company.
We urgently require a Senior Operations Manager to manage key accounts, management of the area managers, site managers, clients and quality control, opening new sites and working with operatives on the ground, training and development. Retaining business through quality control and customer services. Commercially aware.
The succesful candidate will already be in a similair role, soft services management, Commercial Contract Cleaning, seeking advancement and greater career opportunities, or be seeking to move to a family owned succesful business, where they can be part of the direction of the company and make things happen, opportunity to career progress to Operations Director within 12 months (due to retirement).
Clients include DOC, Retail and Education Facilities.
Experience essential. Excellent pay, company car and bonus.
