Salary & Package:
*Basic salary up to £25,000 (including car allowance)
*Financial guarantees of £500 per month for 6 months
*Uncapped commission structure
*OTE £45,000 in Year 1, rising to £65,000+ thereafter

The Role – Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker based in Stoke-on-Trent, you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop into a successful Mortgage Advisor.
You will play a key role in guiding local clients through the mortgage application process, helping them secure the most suitable mortgage solutions for their needs and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
*Learn and develop a strong understanding of the mortgage market, mortgage products, and FCA regulations
*Build strong relationships with clients across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas
*Conduct initial client consultations and fact-finds
*Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a wide panel of lenders
*Prepare and submit mortgage applications accurately and efficiently
*Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents throughout the mortgage process
*Provide regular updates to clients on application progress
*Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
*Actively participate in training programmes and professional development
*Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Candidate Requirements
*CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent)
*Lives within a reasonable commute of Stoke-on-Trent
*Previous sales or customer service experience (financial services preferred but not essential)
*Clean credit history
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident, professional, and relationship-driven approach
*Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
*Motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn
*Positive, enthusiastic, and target-driven mindset
