Job Description:
Job Title: Motor Vehicle Lecturer
Location: Rotherham
Working Pattern: Full-Time – 37 hours per week
Start Date: 09 December 2025
Salary: Up to £38,487 (including MFS)
The ideal candidate must have:
A recognised teaching qualification
Relevant industry experience in Motor Vehicle
An industry qualification at Level 3
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and workshop safety
Ability to motivate and support learners at varying levels
Key Responsibilities:*Deliver high-quality Motor Vehicle curriculum across practical and theory sessions
*Support learners with accreditation, assessments and progression
*Maintain a safe and well-organised workshop environment
*Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to deliver an excellent learner experience
*Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practice
