Business Development Executive Team Leader
Salary: £27k - £31k + OTE + company benefit package
Location: Hove
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing organisation as a Business Development Executive – Team Leader, where you will combine hands-on new business generation with the day-to-day leadership and motivation of a small, high-performing BD team.
The role will involve:
*Generating new business opportunities and creating high-quality sales appointments
*Managing your own prospect pipeline, researching and qualifying leads
*Updating and maintaining CRM systems accurately and consistently
*Identifying key decision makers and building long-term business relationships
*Supporting, motivating and managing the Business Development team on a daily basis
*Monitoring performance, activity levels and targets, and reporting to senior management
*Attending team meetings, huddles and contributing to wider business projects
This role would suit someone who:
*Has a proven background in business development or sales
*Enjoys exceeding targets and working towards clear performance goals
*Has experience leading or mentoring a team (or is ready to step up into leadership)
*Is resilient, motivated and thrives under pressure
*Has strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
*Is confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
