A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Manchester is seeking an ambitious Audit Semi Senior to join its growing audit team. This role offers excellent exposure to a varied client portfolio and strong support towards qualification and career progression.
The Role
Working closely with Audit Seniors, Managers, and Partners, you will be involved in audit assignments from planning through to completion, gaining hands-on experience and developing your technical and client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting in the planning and execution of statutory audit assignments
*Preparing audit working papers in line with professional standards
*Testing controls and substantive audit procedures
*Assisting with the completion of audit files and reports
*Liaising with clients and responding to audit queries
*Supporting and learning from senior team members
About You
*Part-qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent), or actively studying
*Previous audit experience within a firm of Chartered Accountants
*Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
*Good communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
