Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Digital Agency | Tunbridge Wells
Ideal for recruiters looking to move into a focused sales role
If you enjoy the sales side of recruitment, building relationships, opening doors, qualifying opportunities, but want fewer moving parts and a product that can’t change its mind then this is for you.
This growing digital agency is entering an exciting phase and is looking for an SDR to own outbound sales activity. Your role is simple: identify the right businesses, start meaningful conversations, book meetings for the MD and Sales Director to close.
No candidate management. No delivery pressure. Just pure, structured B2B sales.
The Role
*Running targeted outbound campaigns to decision-makers
*Using LinkedIn, email, and phone to start conversations
*Qualifying leads and booking well-prepared meetings
*Working closely with leadership to refine messaging and targeting
*Keeping activity clean and simple in the CRM
