IT FIELD ENGINEER
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Field Engineer. This role requires a hands-on individual with solid experience in patching, switching, laptop builds, and Intune management, alongside a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
*Perform patching and switching for various clients.
*Build and configure laptops according to client specifications.
*Manage and troubleshoot devices via Intune for deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
*Provide customer support with a strong focus on user experience and satisfaction.
*Ensure all on-site work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
*Travel to client locations as needed (driving license is essential).
*Maintain accurate records of work performed and report back to the team.
Skills & Experience:
*Experience as a Field Engineer, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
*Experience with patching and switching in network environments.
*Proficiency in laptop builds and hardware troubleshooting.
*Familiarity with Intune for device management and deployment.
*Strong customer service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
*A valid driving license and reliable transportation.
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
