A prestigious, independent construction consultancy based in Central London is seeking a confident and technically strong Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a growing portfolio of commercial fit-out, high-end residential, and hospitality projects across the capital.
The Senior Project Manager will join a team known for delivering some of London’s most recognisable and design-led schemes, working in a client-facing capacity from concept through to completion. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Project Manager who has strong JCT contract administration experience and enjoys working within high-quality, fast-paced environments.
The Senior Project Manager’s role The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of complex fit-out, refurbishment and new build schemes, typically ranging from £5m-£50m in value.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects

* Administering JCT contracts across a range of procurement routes

* Managing design teams and driving consultant coordination

* Overseeing risk, programme and cost performance

* Building and maintaining client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

* Reporting at senior level internally and externally

The Senior Project Manager * Degree qualified in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or related field

* 5+ years’ experience within a UK consultancy environment

* Strong JCT contract knowledge essential

* Background in commercial fit-out, hospitality, or residential sectors

* MRICS, MAPM or working towards desirable

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
