Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
*The Quantity Surveyor will manage both pre- and post-contract cost consultancy on commercial and mixed-use projects
*The Quantity Surveyor will produce accurate cost plans, tender documents, and oversee procurement processes
*The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for contract administration under JCT and NEC forms
*The Quantity Surveyor will liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure best value and delivery
*The Quantity Surveyor will assess valuations, variations, and final accounts
*The Quantity Surveyor will support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative office culture
Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
*3-5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side role
*Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
*Strong grasp of cost planning, procurement, and contract admin
*Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments
*Professional, detail-driven and client-facing
*Working towards MRICS or recently chartered
