Join our growing team of supply teachers in 2026, working across a range of secondary schools in Swindon. We are currently recruiting additional supply teachers to support local schools with short-term cover, sickness and absence, as well as long-term contracts.
As a supply teacher, you will: *Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across KS3 and KS4
*Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and learning outcomes
*Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and follow school policies and lesson plans
*Work with a variety of secondary schools across Swindon, gaining valuable and diverse experience

Requirements: *QTS
*Recent and relevant experience working in UK secondary schools
*A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
*A positive, professional attitude
*Excellent communication and classroom management skills
