Project Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
*The Project Quantity Surveyor will lead both pre- and post-contract duties across a mix of residential, commercial, and fit-out projects
*The Project Quantity Surveyor will develop detailed cost plans, tender packages, and procurement strategies
*The Project Quantity Surveyor will manage contract administration, valuations, and variations under JCT forms
*The Project Quantity Surveyor will liaise with clients and consultants, contributing to successful project delivery
*The Project Quantity Surveyor will support junior team members and help maintain a collaborative culture
*The Project Quantity Surveyor will play an active role in business development and client retention
Project Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
*3-5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side role
*Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS-accredited)
*Solid understanding of JCT contracts and project lifecycle
*Experience delivering residential or commercial projects in London
*Professional, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
*Working towards MRICS or recently chartered
