Job Description:
One of the largest FX Brokers in London is currently seeking to add experienced FX Talent into its flourishing Sales Team.
This role carries industry leading base salaries and life-time client commissions!
Responsible for managing Sales Relationships with existing client accounts as well as prospecting new clients and accounts. The Sales Team serve as the interface between Corporate Clients and the Dealing Team, working closely with Compliance and Risk to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
With full product knowledge you will market all FX products to new and existing clients, ensuring the clients’ long-term interests are prioritised with fair and equitable outcomes for all.
Key Skills & Experience Required
Previous sales experience within a Business to Business (B2B) role - preferably FX Sales.
*18 Months - 5 Years of FX Sales Experience
*Proven Track Record of Achievement or Meetings Targets / KPIs
*Experience of working within a regulated financial services firm is highly desirable
*Proven history of operating at an Associate level within a commercial sales environment (both face-to-face and telephone sales).
*Able to clearly articulate a full understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
*Able to demonstrate strong sales techniques (Persuasive, Negotiation & Closing skills).
*Understanding the purpose of risk management and compliance within a regulated environment.
*Some knowledge of FX products.
Key Performance Indicators
*Total Revenue Generated.
*New Business Revenue
*Number of Accounts Opened.
*New Business (New Accounts Traded).
*Decision Makers Pitched.
*Activity (Including Calls, Leads Generated/Moved, Notes on System, Zoom Calls, F2F Meetings).
*Successful Management of Client Relationships as evidenced via their feedback.
*Providing management information (Breach Reports, Performance Data etc.).
*Contribution to the culture of the department (Integrity, Respect etc.)
