Job Description:
Our client manufactures Audio Visual connectivity products and solutions for AV System Integrators. Their focus is on delivering flexible yet affordable AV solutions for various sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Corporate AV. Their vision is to redefine Signal Management, Connectivity, and Control Solutions by producing innovative and practical products that simplify installation experiences.
We are recruiting for a goal-oriented AV Account Manager for winning, maintaining, and expanding all their customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Your role will include supporting the company’s ongoing and new sales and growth opportunities by providing customer sales support to new business or portfolio of assigned customers.
You will also be required to work with the technical sales support team whenever a customer needs customised products or services.
Key Job Responsibilities:
*Bring new customers on board and maintain relationships with existing customers.
*Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.
*Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer expectations.
*Act as a bridge for communication between the customers and the engineering team.
*Develop wider Sales Strategy, to include: monthly sales reviews, new accounts, resurfaced customers areas of weakness, identity development - Consistent branding, language across socials, into our customers, Budget review, supporting service team, booking appointments, international customer review,
*Access, clarify and validate customer needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high customer satisfaction rate
*Coordinate with other sales managers to avoid any potential conflicts.
*Coordinate with customers personnel and maximize sales.
*Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
*Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
Key Skills & Abilities:
*Technically proficient with all AV products and solutions
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Team player with a collaborative mindset
*Proactive, self - motivated and results driven
*2+ years experience in an AV sales position
