Job Title: Health and Social Care Assessor
Location: Exeter - Home/Field based
Salary: £30,000 + up to £12,000 bonus!
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria:
*Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
*Must have experience of delivering Health and Social Care Apprenticeships - Frameworks OR Standards.
*Hold solid occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Management level.
*Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
*Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required
*Must have a good level of ICT skills
*Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
*Must be flexible with travel
Duties include:
*To conduct field-based assessments for learners who are working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care (Level 3).
*Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
*Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
*Support, advise and motivate learners.
*Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
*Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
