Site Manager - Fit-Out Projects (North West)
About the Role
This position is ideal for a confident and organised professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality fit-out projects. You’ll oversee schemes across the NHS, education, and wider healthcare sectors, ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project delivery
*Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme and quality
*Ensuring full compliance with health & safety standards across all activities
*Overseeing fit-out works on projects ranging from £50,000 to £1M
*Liaising with clients and stakeholders within NHS, education, and healthcare environments
*Maintaining accurate site documentation including RAMS, reports, and progress updates
Essential Requirements
*SMSTS certification
*Valid First Aid qualification
*Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering fit-out projects
*Background in healthcare or education environments
*Experience on JCT and NEC Contracts
*Full UK driving licence (all work is within the North West)
