* Year 1 OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 (uncapped commission)
* Commission from day one

Your Role In your first year, you will:
* Source, interview, and place candidates into schools
* Build and manage a candidate pipeline
* Work closely with sales teams to maximise placements
* Hit weekly and monthly KPIs
* Earn commission on every successful placement
After graduation from the Impact Academy, you’ll move onto a dedicated Sales Desk, focusing on:
* Business development
* Negotiation and margin control
* Account management
* Handling objections and difficult conversations
What We’re Looking For * Proven sales experience (B2B, B2C, telesales, retail, or similar)
* A UK driving licence
* UK right to work - no sponsorship
* A stable, consistent CV demonstrating performance and progression
* Confidence, resilience, and a competitive mindset
Hiring Process * Pre-screen call with Talent Manager
* Task stage
* Interview with Team Manager
* Final interview with Managing Director
