This specialist law firm is a UK Top 200 ranked legal practise that offers exceptional services to their clients across Residential Conveyancing Law.
About the role
Within this Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role, you will be working within a fast-paced environment and supporting on a caseload on behalf of high net-worth individuals, from instruction to post-completion.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
*Drafting all necessary documents
*Conducting land registry and property searches
*Assisting with SDLT submissions
*Dealing with exchange and completion formalities
*Assisting in the preparation of completion statements

About You
