Job Description:
My Client is looking for an Operations Assistant to provide essential support to the Operations team within a leading insurance syndicate.
The role involves administrative support, coordinating facilities and supplier activities, assisting with marketing initiatives, and producing internal and external reports for senior management. This is a varied role ideal for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
*Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations, reports, and collating ESG information
*Act as a point of contact for facilities suppliers and manage related contracts, invoicing, and office supplies.
*Support marketing initiatives, including coordination of materials, communications, and branded merchandise.
*Schedule and coordinate executive meetings and assist with ad hoc operational tasks as required.
Required experience
*Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a team
*Experience in an insurance or syndicate environment preferred.
*Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
*High attention to detail and accuracy, with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
