Salary: £70,000 - £73,000 per annum
Location: Acton
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Acton. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care and driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities for the Home Manager:
*Provide overall leadership and management of the nursing home.
*Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
*Lead, motivate, and develop the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
*Manage budgets effectively and oversee operational performance.
*Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements for the Home Manager
*Proven experience as a Home Manager in a nursing home setting.
*Strong clinical background (RGN/RMN qualified preferred).
*Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice standards.
*Passionate about delivering exceptional care and continuous improvement.
