Our client, a popular main dealer in Guildford, is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a busy, in-demand brand offering strong earning potential and long-term career progression.
Package
*Basic Salary: £25,250
*Realistic OTE: £56,650+ (£60k achievable)
*Company car
*Hours: 41 hours per week
*4 weekdays (08:30–18:00)
*Saturday 9:00–17:00
The Role
*Sell new and used vehicles in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
*Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, finance, and add-ons
*Build strong customer relationships and identify individual needs
*Deliver outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business
The Ideal Candidate
*Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Car Sales Executive (main dealer preferred)
*Stable employment history
*Confident working within a structured sales process
*Full, clean UK driving licence
